I’m a big believer in micro-habits that restore your spirit and energy. Here are a few:

  • 5-minute worship walk in the morning

  • Magnesium mocktail + deep breathing mid-day

  • Journaling 1 gratitude before bed

  • Eating a protein-rich breakfast within 90 minutes of waking up

These little rhythms shift everything — from your hormones to your mood.
